Wen Bo, Executive Director

Bo Wen joined The Balloch Group in 2005 and leads the company’s investment banking deal sourcing team. He has worked with the firm’s alliance partner CIBC World Markets in participating in more than 30 IPOs or follow-on offerings in the U.S. and has closed five private equity deals for Chinese clients. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Wen served as Deputy General Manager at the Chongqing-based New Open Group, a real estate developer and investor in the education sector. Prior to that, he spent six years with CPMIEC, a leading Chinese aerospace firm, including three years overseeing the company’s business in Iran.

Mr. Wen received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada and graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with dual bachelor degrees in Welding Technology and Technological English.
