Andrew Zhang, Assistant Vice President

Andrew Zhang joined TBG in April of 2008 and focuses on private placement advisory. Previously he worked as a project manager focusing on Chinese company IPOs in European capital markets at Riemann Investment Holdings. Andrew was involved in the first two Chinese company IPOs (ZhongDe Waste Technology and Asian Bamboo) on the Prime Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2007. Before this he worked in Hong Kong on investment and internal funds management at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) and for Microsoft Corporation.

Andrew received his MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Tongji University. He speaks basic Cantonese.
