Betty Yu, Executive Director, New York Office

Ms. Yu joined The Balloch Group in January 2008 to support the firm’s cross border investment banking and M&A advisory efforts and works from both our New York and China offices. Prior to joining TBG, she was an investment banking Vice President at Daiwa Securities America, responsible for sourcing and executing Asia-North America advisory engagements, advising clients on corporate development strategies, identifying acquisition targets or prospective buyers and investors, and representing buy and sell side clients.  Prior to her time at Daiwa, Ms. Yu has worked in different capacities for Lehman Brothers, Citibank/Citigroup, the Bank of China, and was a consultant at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Yu is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Law from Fudan University and an MBA degree in Finance from Baruch College.
