Mark Davis, Managing Director and Partner

Mr. Davis is a Managing Director and Partner at TBG, dividing his time between Beijing and New York. Mr. Davis has three years of transaction experience in China advising many Chinese and US companies on cross border acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions. Notable transactions include a ground-breaking $3.5 billion repurchase agreement. With over twenty years of investment banking experience, Mr. Davis has completed over $22 billion debt and equity capital market transactions and advisory assignments in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining TBG in 2007, Mr. Davis was a Managing Director at Jeffries & Company where he was responsible for originating investment banking business with private equity firms. Previously, Mr. Davis also worked for Credit Suisse / Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Bear Stearns, and Wasserstein Perella.

Mr. Davis holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
