Sean Xiang joined TBG in 2009 and participates in both M&A and private placement transactions. Before joining TBG, Mr. Xiang worked at The Macquarie Group, Australia’s largest investment bank, participating in several deals including the US$887 mm Hong Kong IPO of BBMG Corporation Ltd., Air Media Inc.’s US$20 mm Pre-IPO convertible bond issuance, as well as a leveraged buyout of an Australian-listed company with a market capitalization of US$3 bn. Mr. Xiang has significant transactional experience in the manufacturing and education industries.

Mr. Xiang received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.
