Sophie Chen joined TBG in 2007 and is currently part of the Media and Technology team, participating in both M&A and equity transactions. Ms. Chen has participated in numerous transactions in the media, technology, financial institutions and education sectors including a US$3.6 billion cross-border debt financing deal. Prior to joining TBG, Ms. Chen interned at JP Morgan, Dupont and Volkswagen.

Ms. Chen received a bachelor's degree from Peking University with majors in Finance and Applied Mathematics.
