Tracy Song joined TBG in 2009. Prior to joining TBG, Ms. Song worked at Merrill Lynch, where she was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division as part of its Corporate Finance Team. During her time at Merrill Lynch, she participated in a number of transactions including: US$ 808 million IPO for China Dongxiang Group, US $235 million IPO for E-House China, pre-IPO debt placement for Xinyuan Real Estate, and BBVA's pre-IPO strategic investment in China CITIC Bank.

Ms. Song received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Chicago with majors in Economics and Mathematics.
